Designed for project team members with multiple disciplines, teams can use this area to search, organise, discuss, distribute and control work in-progress data, including MCAD, ECAD, Office Documents and more. The system is browser based and integrated with Outlook. The workspace is enabled with secure, instant extranet access for customers, suppliers and experts.

A meeting center -
Built around Outlook integration for scheduling, task management and contact access. The meeting center offers unique application sharing, it is optimized to use Instant Messaging (IM) for real-time conferencing with engineering data. It's integrated documentation functions allow for capture and recording of meeting decisions, data and information as pdf, xml or direct to the Outlook task lists.

- Share engineering applications (such as MCAD, ECAD and CAE analysis, as well as Microsoft Office applications)
- Create markups, and document decisions. Meeting results are stored automatically in the project workspace as Adobe PDF documents.

A 3D model explorer -
For true collaboration this model explorer can handle any CAD data import. The model explorer has tools to inspect, measure, create, modify and document both 2D drawings and 3D models. Teams can use the model explorer's Intelligent Dynamic Modeling technology to explore multiple "what if" design alternatives.
