CoCreate Takeover Announcement

On 31st October 2007, it was announced that CoCreate had been acquired by PTC. It is expected to be finalised on the 1st of December. There is a agreement that PTC will attain CoCreate for the sum of approximately $250 Million, which signifies PTC’s commitment and dedication.

PTC, a leading software company specialising in Product Lifecycle Management, plan to integrate CoCreate modelling solutions with the PTC Product Development System. They were preferred for acquisition, due to their wishes to maintain and continue developing CoCreate solutions, as well as offering enhanced options to further match customers needs.
