We at High Peak Systems have the facilities and experience necessary to support all common legacy Creo Elements/Direct (formerly CoCreate) products including ME10, SolidDesigner, WorkManager and HP Data Management which was known as ‘DMS’. Below are some examples of typical services we offer.
For users of older versions of this software we offer telephone and assistance support to allow you to continue using your current version. This includes support for software running on old versions of windows or HP-UX Unix. Hardware support for old servers or workstations running HP-UX or windows can be arranged for “Next Day” or “Return to Bench” if required.
If you feel that your old version does everything that you need it to do but you need to move it to newer hardware then we can arrange any necessary licence transfers and assist with the installation as required to allow a seamless move of the software together with any data to minimise disruption to your business.
Should you want to take advantage of developments in the software and upgrade then High Peak Systems have great expertise in moving your old data from legacy systems to a more current setup. We have regularly undertaken projects to extract all the ME10 drawing information from a database on a HPUX system and convert it to be available under Microsoft Windows. For non database users, we have experience in copying and conversion of files to allow them to be available under the latest Windows operating system.
