We currently have opportunities in the following areas:

Job Title: Application Support Engineer

Salary: £15k - £18k

Benefits: Life assurance, free parking

Job Type: Permanent, Full-time

Location: Furness Vale (Near Stockport)

Key Activities:

• Handle support enquiries for Electrical CAD, Mechanical CAD and Database applications.
• Deal with software application queries and problems for CoCreate and CimTeam products by phone or using the Internet.
• Build and configure customer systems.
• Once suitably experienced it is expected that the individual will: -
  • Work on specific customer set up and configuration projects.
  • Carry out development of applications using scripting type tools.
  • Perform customer training.

Qualifications & Experience:

• A Mechanical and/or Electrical background.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Good communication skills.

Personal Qualities:

• Self motivating, but able to work within a team.
• Enthusiastic.
• Flexible and willing to learn new technologies.
